Study Plan

This page will house the general study plan I have for myself. This isn't super detailed, but gives a general overview on what I'll use and how long I'll use it.

Plan Breakdown

Note

The times allocated for each breakdown item are estimations and change depending on the day of the week. Of course, I spend more time learning Japanese on the weekends

  • Anki Learn & Review (30mins - 1hr)
  • Grammar Study & Review (1hr - 2hrs)
  • Immersion (1hr)

General Flow

Note

Aside from my reviews in the morning, when I do the other items in the flow determine on the day of the week. I might do them all in succession on the weekends, but due to work on weekdays, I don't always do everything in the morning and spread it out throughout the day

  1. Do my new cards and review Anki first thing in the morning
  2. Do my grammar reviews on bunpro
  3. Read through a chapter of the current Genki book I'm on
  4. Watch Tokini Andy video on chapter
  5. Do practice work on Tokini Andy course
  6. Do some form of immersion (typically graded readers on Tokini Andy course for the time being)
